Tracy Wilson is the designated “Responsible Person” for the purpose of UK cosmetic compliance, ensuring all safety assessments, product information files (PIF), and labeling meet statutory standards.

4. Online Sales, Cancellations, & Returns (Consumer Rights)
By purchasing products through our automated checkout systems, you agree to the following statutory terms under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Pricing & Contract: All prices are stated in GBP. A contract is only formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.
Right to Cancel: Online customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their physical goods without giving a reason.
Hygiene Exemptions: In accordance with UK law, the right to cancel and receive a refund does not apply to cosmetic, personal care, or wellness items that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection reasons. Return Shipping: Unless an item arrives damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
